Most vehicles manufactured from 1995 onwards have been fitted with an immobilisation system to stop theft. The transponder fitted in the key transmits data to the car. When the key is inserted in the ignition, the transponder sends a signal to the engine control unit; if the car recognises the signal, the engine will start.

If we come to you, the price quoted includes the ‘service call fee’. Charging a callout or service call fee is necessary to cover the cost and time of attending the site and providing service. We will let you know the total cost before attending.

Yes, in most cases, we can lock all your locks to suit just one key. We can even master key your locks to allow access to all areas and restrict access to those who don’t want the house cleaner or gardener to access them.

Yes, it is called a ‘restricted key profile’ and allows you to control key access. We keep your signature on record and will only provide new keys with your permission. For example, If you give your cleaner a key to access your property with a standard key, they could get another key cut without you knowing. With a restricted system, they would not be able to get a key cut, so you can have peace of mind knowing that only the people you trust to have a key have one.

We fit all locks to houses, offices and cars. We have locks for all applications, including gates, motorbikes, shipping containers, etc.
